Definition:
A person or company who copies copyrighted material without permission or authorization.

Copying

Definition:
To constitute an infringement of copyright, a work must be a "copy" in the sense that it is substantially similar to a copyrighted work.

Antitrust

Definition:
The worst antitrust offenses are price fixing and bid rigging. Price fixing occurs when two or more sellers agree that they will increase prices a certain amount, or that they won't sell below a certain price.
